My 45 minute 1:1 cannabis coaching sessions will help you connect with your medicine and yourself, as well as feel in control of your usage. Weโll explore why you smoke, what comes up for you during sessions and how you can incorporate new tools and habits to elevate your experience with your medicine or to support you during a T Break or quitting. I recommend two sessions for the best effect and additional support sessions are available as needed!
